I think I have to agree and disagree. If Modi govt actually takes this literally I'll miss WhatsApp which does me a lot of good. But I know what you mean. WhatsApp is a terror in the hands of wrong people
Btw, I can read Hindi more fluently than speak that language. When it comes to speaking it, I stutter. There's some cultural lag, I think.
